TTBs and Body Toning

Benefits of Toning and Resistance Training

Resistance training will improve posture, muscular tone and body shape. Not only will you burn more calories if your muscles are fit and toned, you will also strengthen your joints and even protect your bones against the effects of diseases such as osteoporosis.

Benefits of Cardiovascular Training

Aerobics and Dance classes are fast and great fun! You can chose from multi-level classes, intense classes that focus on aerobic fitness, or those that challenge your co-ordination. Either way, you'll be burning calories and training and protecting your heart and lungs.
