Individual Lessons
1-2-1 lessons will enable you to develop a home practice that is suited specifically to you, your goals, aims and individual needs.
You will begin with a free preliminary contact, either by email or telephone, followed by a first consultation. During this first consultation, time will be given to fully discuss the best approach for you and to take you through your practice to ensure you are comfortable with it.
Subsequent lessons will offer continued support and assess your progress with detailed feedback and guidance.
